Phase 2 - Facility Improvements

Phase 2 of the Facilities Master Plan is in development but nothing has been approved or finalized. Next steps will use facility condition data, educational priorities, enrollment trends, and community feedback to shape options that address long-term needs across the District — including potential renovation, consolidation, or replacement of aging buildings where appropriate and to align future investments with programming and equity goals.

Phase 2 recommendations will be brought forward for Board and community discussion before decisions are made.
