Phase 1 - Facility Improvements

Phase 1 is underway and focused on urgent, districtwide improvements that address safety and security, critical building systems (such as roofs, HVAC, and infrastructure), and accessibility/code compliance deficiencies. Projects have been prioritized based on need, impact, and equity across the District.
